Designation: Head Quality & ComplianceDepartment: Quality & ComplianceLocation: Hyderabad TelanganaReporting to: Plant Head Site 1Experience: 12 yearsIndustry Preference: Forging / Aerospace & Defence / Heavy Engineering / Precision Manufacturing / Metallurgical ManufacturingRole PurposeThe Head Quality & Compliance will be responsible for establishing maintaining and continuously improving the plants Quality Management System and ensuring that incoming materials manufacturing processes and finished products consistently meet customer regulatory and internal quality role requires a strong manufacturing-quality professional who can combine QMS leadership with hands-on understanding of forging metallurgy inspection and process & Knowledge:Minimum 12 years of manufacturing quality experience preferably with leadership working knowledge of AS9100D and ISO in forging aerospace/defence manufacturing heavy engineering metallurgical manufacturing or precision components is strongly understanding of metallurgical and dimensional knowledge of 8D 5-Why Fishbone CAPA and structured root-cause handling customer audits certification audits and customer quality of material traceability inspection documentation and manufacturing quality to analyse quality data and convert findings into measurable improvement team leadership and cross-functional coordination We Are Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in a high-accountability manufacturing environment and can take ownership of the Quality function rather than operate only as a QMS/documentation specialist. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable on the shop floor reviewing inspection and quality data leading audits interacting with customers and developing the Quality team.
