Position Summary
Oakridge International School Bangalore is seeking an experienced dynamic and student-centered educational leader for the role of Head of Secondary Department (HOD Secondary). The HOD will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Secondary School ensuring high standards in academic excellence student wellbeing staff development and school culture.
The role requires a passionate educator and collaborative leader who can effectively support curriculum implementation strengthen teaching and learning practices drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment aligned with the vision and values of Oakridge International School.
