Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Tech professional who can independently lead and manage the complete Tech function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transforming product ideas into commercially successful products. This role requires strong ownership leadership strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Take complete ownership and responsibility of the Product / Software department and technology initiatives.
- Will be responsible for end-to-end product development product enhancement feature enhancement and continuous improvement of existing products and solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from product ideation to deployment and commercialization.
- Work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define product vision roadmap and execution strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery product quality scalability and performance.
- Lead technical architecture integrations and product enhancements.
- Mentor and guide the technical team when required.
- Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience in IT/Product or Software Development.
- Prior experience in product development product enhancement and continuous improvement of existing solutions is preferred.
- Proven experience in converting product ideas into fully functional market-ready products.
- Prior experience in developing products generating commercial/business revenue.
- Hands-on experience on MERN Stack.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture databases APIs cloud environments and scalable applications.
- Ability to independently manage projects and take strategic technology decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related technical field.

Required Skills:
The Successful Applicant - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and Product Development. - Proven experience in building and launching commercial web-based products. - Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Stack Developer. - Strong knowledge of MongoDB and . - Experience in designing developing and integrating third-party APIs. - Experience in AI technologies AI integrations or AI-based product development. - Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud-based applications. - Experience in developing SaaS or API-driven platforms. - Ability to independently manage product execution and technical operations. - Strong problem-solving ownership and leadership capabilities.
Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related technical field.
