Job Summary
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation infrastructure buildings and tunnelling projects.
- Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations foundation design slope stability retaining structures ground improvement and earthworks.
- Develop business strategy client relationships and project delivery excellence.
- Review and approve geotechnical reports designs and risk assessments.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
- Support bids proposals and business development initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Large infrastructure transportation highways rail metro or tunnelling projects.
- International project exposure (Middle East UK Canada Australia preferred).
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.
