About Client

Our Client is a leading insurance repository serving the entire insurance ecosystem for over a decade. It has delivery centers located in Chennai Mumbai and Hyderabad and Insurance service centers across 300 locations across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Over 15 years of expertise in the insurance industry including P&L oversight
• Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) from a recognized university; or an equivalent undergraduate degree. Master of Business Administration (MBA pref. Operations).
• Work experience in the insurance industry particularly in operations involving numerous processes. Exposure to both living things and inanimate objects will be beneficial.
• Had to have overseen sizable teams and intricately organized operations.
• The candidate will have an advantage if they have training in quality frameworks like Six Sigma (Black Belt) TPM Certification and project management.
• Management of Stakeholders Both Internal and External
• Proven capacity to collaborate with others and have a positive impact on a sizable intricate network and organization in the insurance sector at the Senior Leadership level (CXOs or CXO one-down level).
• Capability to solve problems.
• Communication both strategic and directed.
• Capability for managing people: the capacity to draw in keep and grow a team.
