Nature of The Job

This role oversees all learning initiatives supporting both recruitment channels Conversion and Business Development and plays a pivotal role in aligning L&D efforts with the organization Goal.

JOBPURPOSE.

This role responsible for strategy people leadership process optimization adoption and performance reporting ensuring that learning programs are impactful scalable and embedded into business operations. This role will manage a team of L&D consultants instructional designers and language trainers and will oversee the LMS platform that hosts all training modules across markets.

Organizational Structure

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

Leadership and Strategy

Define and execute the L&D vision and strategy aligned with the growth priorities of the

International Commercial Department.

Lead mentor and develop the L&D team ensuring high engagement accountability and innovation.

Build a culture of continuous learning encouraging adoption of training resources and

professional development across all global offices.

Partner with senior leadership to forecast learning needs and embed capability-building initiatives into business roadmaps.

Learning Design and Implementation

Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of training programs across recruitment

conversion and business development functions.

Ensure alignment of training modules with process standards sales goals and

institutional compliance requirements.

Leverage adult learning principles blended learning methodologies and digital solutions

to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility.

Continuously evolve the learning portfolio to include leadership functional and

compliance training programs.

LMS and Process Management

Implement process standards for training creation publishing and lifecycle management.

Drive module adoption and completion rates through communication campaigns and

gamified learning engagement.

Ensure integration of LMS analytics with performance management and reporting tools

(e.g. Power BI dashboards).

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Recruitment Business Development Operations

and Institutional Departments to identify learning gaps and priorities.

Serve as a bridge between global operations and L&D ensuring all learning programs

reflect current systems tools and processes.

Partner with internal experts and external vendors for language training skill

certifications and professional development initiatives.

Performance Transparency and Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning effectiveness adoption and ROI.

Deliver quarterly reports to senior leadership summarizing learning engagement

completion rates and impact analytics.

Foster transparency in L&D operations by publishing dashboards and updates on key

milestones new courses and training achievements.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Introduce best practices in digital learning automation and content personalization.

Implement regular reviews and feedback loops to refine learning materials and align with

evolving organizational goals.

Promote experimentation with microlearning AI-based learning tools and adaptive learning journeys.

DesiredProfile

Essential

  • Proven success in leading L&D strategy content design and adoption in a global or

commercial environment.

Strong understanding of LMS administration learning analytics and process optimization.

Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring L&D professionals and trainers.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across global teams.

ExperienceandSkills

Essential

  • 15 years of experience in Learning & Development with at least 5 years in a leadership role capacity managing cross-functional or international teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Power BI and other reporting/visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and digital learning tools is an advantage.
