Head Corporate Relation

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Relations Professional to lead and strengthen both internal and external stakeholder engagement for a leading manufacturing organization.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 15 Years

• Develop and execute the organizations corporate relations strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities regulatory bodies industry associations media and other external stakeholders.
• Act as the key liaison between the organization and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive employee communication initiatives and strengthen internal engagement across functions.
• Support leadership in corporate communication public relations and reputation management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage organizational events visits and stakeholder interactions.
• Handle crisis communication and ensure timely consistent messaging during critical situations.
• Monitor policy and regulatory developments and work with relevant teams to ensure proactive engagement.
• Represent the organization at industry forums conferences and networking events.

• 15 years of experience in Corporate Relations Public Relations Corporate Communications Government Relations or a similar function.
• Strong network with government departments regulatory bodies industry associations and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing automotive engineering infrastructure industrial or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external communications while building a positive corporate image.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
