Job Summary
- Oversee end-to-end operations for large facilities managing logistics for transport canteen services housekeeping and employee accommodation.
- Direct Human Resources and administrative teams supervising employee relations grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures for both permanent and contractual staff.
- Serve as the central interface for external entities including government bodies law enforcement labor unions and local community stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols access control measures and safety coordination initiatives to ensure site discipline and risk mitigation.
- Lead crisis and emergency management efforts ensuring rapid and effective response to operational disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance contracts to support continuous plant functionality.
- Provide mature leadership to influence and guide a large multi-disciplinary workforce upholding organizational values and operational goals.
- We are looking for candidates from an Ex-Servicemen background with experience in the Indian Army Navy or Air Force.

Required Education:
Graduate Diploma or Bachelors Degree (Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Army Navy or Air Force background)
