Job Description :
HCM Payroll India Tester Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 2-3 years Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes for India payroll. Validate payroll configurations calculations and statutory compliance. Identify document and track defects to resolution. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing. Prepare and execute test cases scenarios and test scripts. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in HCM Payroll India testing. Strong knowledge of India payroll rules and statutory requirements. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM payroll systems preferred. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Bangalore.
