Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Contractor to Hire Role)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant to independently deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and lead key activities across end-to-end Cloud HCM implementations.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM expertise experience across at least four HCM modules and the ability to independently implement a minimum of two modules. Depending on specialization the role may have a Functional Technical or Techno-Functional focus.

You will partner directly with customer stakeholders and global delivery teams to translate HR and business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions apply Oracle implementation methodologies and leading practices and provide delivery leadership across moderately complex engagements.

• Lead or independently deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles covering requirements solution design configuration/build testing deployment and go-live support.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with demonstrated capability to independently deliver at least two HCM modules.
• Lead business-process mapping requirements analysis gap assessment solution design documentation testing UAT and production-readiness activities relevant to the assigned workstream.
• For technical or techno-functional engagements design and deliver solutions using relevant Oracle HCM capabilities such as HCM Extracts HDL Fast Formulas OIC OTBI BI Publisher REST/SOAP APIs integrations security and data-conversion tools.
• Manage cross-module dependencies and translate complex customer HR and business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Advise customer stakeholders on process optimization Oracle HCM leading practices quarterly updates and solution opportunities.
• Maintain delivery quality documentation standards and adherence to applicable Oracle methodologies and procedures while operating with a high degree of independence.
• Lead project workstreams or teams where required and contribute to customer engagement solutioning and business-development activities.

• 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience with consulting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM across a functional technical or techno-functional specialization.
• Experience across 4 Oracle Fusion HCM modules with the ability to independently implement at least two modules.
• Participation in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of relevant HCM business processes and Oracle HCM leading practices.
• For functional profiles configuration and implementation experience in relevant modules such as:

• Ability to independently analyze complex requirements develop appropriate solutions and deliver high-quality work products.
• Strong stakeholder management analytical problem-solving and communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customer organizations and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s).
• Experience with Redwood UX and emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Knowledge of global HR compliance localization and country-specific HCM requirements.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Breadth across both functional configuration and technical Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Experience contributing to business-development solutioning or pre-sales activities.
