Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Gulf Recruiter with 15 years of experience in GCC recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interview coordination documentation and candidate management across industries such as Construction Oil & Gas MEP Manufacturing Hospitality Healthcare Logistics and Facility Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and client interactions.
- Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Requirements
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy preferred).
- Experience hiring for UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar Kuwait Oman or Bahrain.
- Strong communication sourcing and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
