Job Description
Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Brand) is hiring an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing screening coordinating interviews and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals social media platforms employee referrals and internal databases.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
- Manage candidate documentation profile submissions and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain recruitment MIS candidate databases and status reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment (Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience hiring for UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar Kuwait Oman or Bahrain.
- Strong sourcing screening interviewing and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
