Job Description:

• Design configure and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter rating components including Rate Books Rate Tables Rate Routines Rate Factors Modifiers Tiering Logic and Underwriting Rules.
• Develop and implement SBT and Non-SBT rating solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize Gosu code to implement rating logic plugins and system enhancements.
• Build and integrate complex rating algorithms and pricing strategies based on business specifications.
• Configure PolicyCenter Product Model elements including coverages conditions and exclusions related to rating functions.
• Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting rating accuracy and system performance.
• Adhere to Guidewire best practices coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior developers.
