Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an added advantage
Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physically active role requiring standing and movement for extended periods
Basic understanding of hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
