Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Guest Experience Executives to join a leading hospitality brand in Tiruchirappalli. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities and focuses on delivering exceptional personalized guest experiences throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate will proactively engage with guests handle check-in and check-out processes seamlessly resolve queries efficiently and contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable environment. The role requires a hands-on approach strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an added advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physically active role requiring standing and movement for extended periods
- Basic understanding of hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
