• Greet and seat guests warmly ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
• Present menus take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly with attention to detail
• Maintain table setup and cleanliness according to hotel standards and organizational guidelines
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menu items ingredients daily specials and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism demonstrating problem-solving abilities
• Adhere strictly to hygiene grooming and safety standards to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with billing procedures cash handling and payment processing while maintaining accuracy and integrity
• Support setup and breakdown for banquets special events and themed dining experiences

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or equivalent qualification
• 12 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage service within a hotel restaurant or similar hospitality establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong attention to detail organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak service periods
• Demonstrated positive attitude team spirit and collaborative work ethic
• Proficiency in cash handling billing procedures and POS (Point of Sale) system operations
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move efficiently throughout the service area
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of food safety hygiene standards and service protocols
• Preferred: Multilingual abilities or experience with digital ordering systems
