Job Summary

Lead Topmates growth strategy and drive user acquisition engagement and retention. Youll work cross-functionally to identify new growth opportunities optimize acquisition funnels and scale platform adoption. Tasks

Creator Acquisition

  • Build and execute the strategy to get more creators onto Topmate
  • Identify the highest-leverage acquisition channels and double down
  • Design growth loops referral viral community-led that compound over time

Funnel & Conversion

  • Own the full funnel from awareness to creator activation
  • Optimize every step more sign-ups more profiles completed more creators going live
  • Increase demo bookings and conversion from demo to active creator

Distribution & Word of Mouth

  • Make Topmate the platform people talk about
  • Build systems that turn existing creators into acquisition channels
  • Identify and own organic distribution social community partnerships SEO whatever works

Team Building

  • Define what the growth team should look like roles structure headcount
  • Hire onboard and lead the team as we scale
  • You decide who you need. We back you.

AI-First Workflows

  • Use AI tools in your daily work for research content outreach analysis automation
  • Build growth workflows that are AI-native not manual-first
  • Stay ahead of whats possible with AI in growth

Requirements

Track record over titles. Show us what youve built not where youve sat.

  • Youve driven measurable growth before more users more sign-ups more revenue. You have receipts.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth role
  • You think in systems loops and funnels not campaigns and one-off tactics.
  • Youre hands-on. Early on youll be doing the work yourself writing copy setting up experiments talking to creators analyzing data. No just delegating.
  • Youre AI-first. AI isnt a buzzword for you its in your daily workflow and youre always exploring whats new.
  • You have extreme ownership. If something isnt working you dont wait for someone to tell you. You fix it change the approach or escalate it yourself.
  • Youre young hungry and want to build something meaningful not coast in a comfortable role.
  • You can context-switch between strategy and execution without missing a beat.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in creator economy marketplaces or platform businesses
  • Built or scaled referral / viral growth loops
  • A personal brand or presence that shows you understand how creators think
  • Experience building a team from scratch
