About the Role:
LinkedIn Learning (LLS) is built on the career journeys of over 1 billion members and taps LinkedIns unmatched network to reveal how careers grow so customers can guide their workforce with trusted insights. You cant build the future of work without the network that powers it. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Management leader to drive the success of our LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub businesses. The role will help define LinkedIn Learnings strategy for agentic investments to drive outcomes for our customers working with cross-functional peers across the business unit as well as LinkedIns many ecosystem partners. Your passion for building delightful and truly impactful products will serve you well as you lead development of cutting-edge technologies and market differentiating customer features that also help every employee reach their full career potential.
In this role you would lead a team of high performing PMs and collaborate closely with engineering data sciences business development and other cross-functional teams to build a world class enterprise-grade solution that furthers LinkedIns leadership position in the Learning market and helps our customers succeed on their journey to upskill.
Responsibilities:
Work with Product Engineering Business Development AI and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision strategy and roadmap for your charter. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers.
Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers partners sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap
Define product metrics objectives and key results to help guide prioritize and measure the success of the strategy product initiatives and releases for LinkedIn Learning.
Work cross-functionally with sales engineering business development marketing operational and customer facing teams to build release promote and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
9 years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the Learning or Talent Development field
MS or higher degree in a technology-related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics create clarity and motivate audiences (from a junior IC to an executive)
Demonstrated track record of bringing high clarity of thought in setting product strategies and driving teams to execute
Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers data scientists and designers.
Able to create and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience building user-facing products that leverage LLM technology
Experience with enterprise SaaS or sales tech products
2 years of experience as a people manager leading high performing teams
