Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer at Gallup youll transform complex ideas research and data into compelling visual stories that help leaders organizations and communities make decisions and create meaningful change around the world. Youll combine creative thinking sophisticated design and meticulous execution to bring Gallups most important insights to life.

What Youll Do

• Create visually compelling designs across formats including reports presentations advertisements learning materials social media graphics infographics brochures and event collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Translate complex concepts survey results and business insights into clear visual stories that support Gallups consulting research and client work
• Collaborate with consultants project managers researchers and global design teams to understand needs strengthen ideas and ensure designs communicate key messages while adhering to Gallups brand standards
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy consistency and design quality
• Stay ahead of design trends and experiment responsibly with AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation refine designs and improve production workflows

What You Need

• Bachelors degree or diploma in graphic design visual communication communication arts fine arts or a related field required
• At least two years of professional graphic design experience preferably in a corporate consulting research agency publishing or professional services environment required
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign required
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills including experience creating client-ready presentations and visual reports required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design typography brand consistency digital and print design and visual storytelling required
• Experience producing infographics data visualizations or research- or report-based graphics required
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Adobe Firefly ChatGPT Claude and/or similar tools in a professional setting required
• Familiarity with Figma Adobe Express or similar design tools preferred
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles preferred
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallups Mumbai office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in India required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
