Job Summary
Job PurposeSupport procurement and supply chain activities related to bought-out/catalogue items and electrical & mechanical commodities. Assist in vendor coordination purchase order processing delivery follow-up and inventory management to ensure smooth material ResponsibilitiesNegotiate prices lead times payment terms and annual rate closely with planning and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock without impacting production. Track critical and long lead-time items. Coordinate with stores for inventory accuracy and stock up with suppliers for on-time cost reduction initiatives through negotiations and value localization and vendor development and maintain Purchase Orders supplier master data and procurement records in ERPEducation- BE Electrical
