Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Power Platform admin experience (DLP governance monitoring)
- Azure knowledge (Functions APIs Service Bus App Services networking basics)
- Monitoring tools (Application Insights Log Analytics/KQL) and end-to-end tracing
- Understanding of REST APIs JSON authentication (OAuth Managed Identity RBAC)
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and release/change impact management
- Knowledge of governance risk and control frameworks in regulated environments
- Troubleshooting skills stakeholder communication and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of GRC tools within enterprise environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
