About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong backend development expertise to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable secure and high-performance applications using Golang as the primary technology and as a secondary skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Golang.
• Develop and support APIs and backend applications using when required.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product managers architects and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance scalability reliability and security.
• Write clean maintainable reusable and testable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Implement monitoring logging and observability solutions to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 4 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Good working knowledge of and .
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or similar databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding principles and application security.
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Exposure to or Angular.
• Experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
