Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function. Oversee accounting financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash-flow management. Prepare and review MIS reports financial statements and management reports. Manage taxation GST statutory compliance audits and regulatory requirements. Monitor working capital receivables payables and overall financial health. Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes. Coordinate with auditors banks consultants and statutory authorities. Provide strategic financial insights to the management for business decision-making. Monitor manufacturing costs inventory profitability and cost-control initiatives. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance across business operations.
Requirements
1520 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with substantial experience in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of accounting taxation GST audits financial planning and compliance. Experience in manufacturing cost analysis and working capital management will be preferred.
Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
