Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GM Company Secretary & Compliance to lead the Secretarial Corporate Compliance Legal Operations and Intellectual Property functions across Vasa Denticity Limited and its group companies. The role will serve as the statutory Company Secretary & Compliance Officer while ensuring governance regulatory compliance legal risk management and process automation across the organization.


  • Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations Companies Act and applicable corporate laws.
  • Manage Board Meetings Committee Meetings AGM EGM notices agendas minutes and statutory records.
  • Handle NSE filings regulatory disclosures insider trading compliance and Structured Digital Database (SDD).
  • Coordinate with NSE SEBI RTA Depositories Auditors and other regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure website compliance and timely statutory filings.
  • Support corporate actions including fundraising ESOPs restructuring and future Main Board migration.


  • Requirements
  • Associate or Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Mandatory.
  • 58 years of post-qualification experience with a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI (LODR) Companies Act Secretarial Standards Corporate Governance and Insider Trading Regulations.
  • Experience handling Board Meetings AGMs NSE filings ROC compliances and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent drafting skills for Board Minutes Legal Agreements Corporate Filings and Regulatory Correspondence.
  • Strong stakeholder management with regulators auditors legal advisors and senior management.
