Job Title: Global Rates- Business Management

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Location: Mumbai

• Support Global Rates Business Management and COO teams in financial resource management and business planning.
  
• Monitor and analyse balance sheet consumption Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) NSFR leverage ratio and other financial resource metrics.
  
• Analyse resource utilization trends validate data accuracy and identify key drivers of financial resource consumption.
  
• Develop return metrics for sub-business areas considering portfolio risk liquidity and capital efficiency.
  
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial resource utilization and improve funding efficiency.
  
• Estimate available resource capacity and assess the financial impact of new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Finance Risk Front Office and other stakeholders on resource allocation and optimization strategies.
  
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor financial resource metrics and allocation accuracy.
  
• Prepare periodic business reports financial performance summaries return scorecards and management commentary.

• Experience in Business Management Financial Resource Management Finance or a related financial markets function.
  
• Strong understanding of balance sheet management RWA leverage ratio NSFR and financial resource utilization.
  
• Knowledge of capital efficiency funding optimization and financial return metrics.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify business trends.
  
• Proficiency in Excel reporting dashboard development and data analysis.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance Risk Front Office and senior management teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving and data-quality management skills.
