We have an active requirement and are seeking a contractor with 10 to 12 years of
experience in a "Global Payroll Tax and Compliance" role.
Given the nature and complexity of this engagement we need someone who brings
strong hands-on expertise in global tax auditing reconciliation and compliance with a
thorough understanding of EMEA and US Federal State and Local tax regulations.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in statutory benefits
withholding tax and government filings along with the ability to independently liaise with
tax and government authorities on compliance and audit matters.
The role also demands proficiency in working with global finance teams managing expat
shadow payrolls coordinating with consultants on international assignees and ensuring
SOX compliance across processes and systems. Strong hands-on experience with SAP
and ADP is essential.
