Job Summary:

We are seeking a Global HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition (70% focus) and a solid foundation in broader HR functions (20%). This role will drive global hiring strategies build scalable recruitment frameworks and support HR initiatives across multiple regions to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee senior HR leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across multiple geographies (basically US UK Europe) driving talent acquisition organizational effectiveness talent strategies cultural alignment and transformational change.


Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%)
  • Lead end-to-end global hiring processes across diverse geographies (screening interviewing offer management and onboarding).
  • Partner with global business leaders to understand workforce plans and deliver on hiring needs.
  • Build and implement global recruitment strategies talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies search firms and job platforms worldwide.
  • Drive diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire cost-per-hire quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.
  • Implement digital tools ATS systems and innovative sourcing methods for scale and efficiency.
HR Generalist & Strategic Support (20%)
  • Support global HR initiatives including performance management engagement and organizational development.
  • Contribute to global HR policy implementation and compliance with local labor laws across regions.
  • Partner with HR colleagues on compensation benchmarking learning & development and succession planning.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador ensuring consistent employee experience across regions.
