Job Title: Global Head of People Operations and Reward

The Global Head of People Operations and Reward will oversee all global people operations compensation and benefits. The role is pivotal in shaping an exceptional employee experience while driving efficiency and scalability in a rapidly growing evolving organization.

• Deliver a seamless end-to-end HR operational service across India Europe the US and APAC.
• Payroll management.
• Design innovative HR compensation and benefits programs that attract retain and engage talent.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
• Lead the global compensation strategy: pay bonuses equity and benefits.
• Drive data-based HR decision-making using metrics and insights.
• Oversee HR systems for data security efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with the Company Secretary on governance gender pay reporting and equal pay compliance.
• Serve as an active member of the People Leadership Team.

Candidate Requirement:

• 15 years of experience in leading the HR Operations and the Compensation portfolio
• International exposure mandatory with Europe & APAC.
• Deep expertise in HR operations systems reward and benefits.
• Data-driven analytical and execution-focused mindset.
• Collaborative style with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
