About the role

The Global Indirect Portfolio Lead is responsible for crafting and guiding Castrols global indirect digital portfolio. Youll help decide where we invest what we prioritise and how we bring value through technology across our markets and corporate functions. The portfolio includes Digital Learning Sales & Marketing CVP and other global products that support the business.

In this role youll work across business digital and delivery teams to connect strategy with execution. Youll lead all aspects of products throughout their lifecycle from finding opportunities and securing investment through to adoption optimisation and ongoing operations. Youll help ensure that technology investments are aligned with business priorities and create significant outcomes for our users and customers.

What youll do

You will guide a portfolio of digital products and initiatives helping teams make informed decisions about priorities resources investment and delivery. Youll work closely with business leaders and technology teams to shape roadmaps handle demand and ensure resources are focused on the areas that create the greatest impact.

Youll provide visibility of portfolio performance risks dependencies and opportunities through clear reporting and data-driven insights. Youll also be responsible for financial planning governance and value tracking to support effective decision-making.

Just as importantly youll help create an environment where teams can do their best work. Youll encourage collaboration support continuous improvement and help strengthen portfolio and product management capabilities across the organisation.

What were looking for

You may be a portfolio leader product leader technology leader or transformation professional with experience operating in complex global environments.

Were particularly interested in people who have:

• 18 years of experience in leading enterprise technology portfolios products or large-scale digital initiatives. Experience taking products from concept through implementation and ongoing operation.
• Strong commercial awareness including investment planning budgeting and value realisation.
• The ability to bring people together navigate ambitious priorities and make thoughtful decisions in sophisticated situations.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior collaborators and communicating with clarity.
• A practical data-informed approach to measuring outcomes and finding opportunities to improve.

Qualifications

- An MBA or equivalent degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or a related field is preferred.

- Experience within FMCG or another global organisation is useful but we welcome candidates from a range of industries who have led digital portfolios products or transformation programmes at scale.
