Genesys Contact Centre Testing Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system specifications and requirements to design effective test coverage. Develop detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for Genesys Cloud and IVR applications.
• Execute test cases track results and identify/report defects using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely defect closure.
• Conduct functional integration regression and reporting validations for contact center systems.

Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills:

36 years of experience in Genesys Contact Centre testing. Strong knowledge of Genesys softphone use (WDE WWE or CTI connector).

Experience in testing Salesforce Genesys CRM application integrations.

Proficiency in Contact Centre Reports validation.

Ability to write detailed test scripts from designs (e.g. call flow test cases from Visio diagrams).

Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and test processes.
