Join our AI Engineering team and help build next-generation AI solutions for BMW vehicles and digital mobility services. You will work on cutting-edge Generative AI Agentic AI Foundation Models and enterprise AI platforms that power intelligent products and business solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise and automotive use cases.
• Build LLM-powered applications using RAG Knowledge Graphs Vector Databases and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning planning tool usage workflow automation and multi-agent collaboration.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs SLMs Foundation Models Multimodal Models and Transformer-based architectures.
• Build scalable secure and cloud-native AI platforms for enterprise deployment.
• Develop MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for model deployment monitoring evaluation governance and continuous improvement.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business products and services by collaborating with global stakeholders software engineers and data scientists.
• Drive Responsible AI scalability reliability explainability and security best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in AI/ML development and production deployment.
