Job Summary

1. | To use consumer statistics like income information buying trends and value perceptions in order to drive sales at site. |
2. | To think of innovative ways in which residential sales can be increased at the site setting of kiosks for specific retailers and promoting the brand in different ways if required. |
3. | To ensure effective execution of residential sales activities at the site and ensure the promotional budgets are used in the right manner |
4. | To oversee the host of residential sales marketing activities that will take place at the site and train the team members on the best way to ensure effective sales |
5. | To conduct professional activities including creating media materials and customer satisfaction programs as well as partnering with other retail marketing managers on joint promotional campaigns to increase sales |
6. | Monitor the activities that ensure residential sales prepare reports compiled by the team members and accordingly analyse the data and take corrective action |
7. | Oversee the planning and budgeting activities for the site along with vendor management |
8. | Ensure goals are cascaded for each team member till the individual level in consultation with department heads |
9. | Perform performance appraisal for all the direct reports as per PMS deadlines |
