Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Property & Facility Management: Oversee mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems HVAC elevators housekeeping and security to guarantee smooth backend infrastructure and 100% service uptime.
- Financial & CAM Management: Prepare and manage the Common Area Maintenance (CAM) budgets control operational costs optimize energy consumption and drive incremental revenue through parking and advertising.
- Tenant Relations: Manage lease administration coordinate fit-outs and ensure retailers comply with brand and mall standards.
- Marketing & Footfall: Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize promotional events brand activations and campaigns that maximize consumer engagement.
