Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead overall mall operations financial performance tenant management statutory compliance and revenue growth at Triveni Mall Serampore.
Manage mall P&L CAM accounts utility recovery parking revenue billing and collections.
Handle tenant relationships lease agreements renewals fit-outs and grievance resolution.
Oversee facility operations preventive maintenance energy management and outsourced agencies.
Ensure statutory compliance fire safety lift operations and other applicable regulations.
Drive footfall mall events marketing ROI and tenant trading performance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports budgets KPIs and action plans for management.
Lead and develop the mall operations team while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Operations Retail or Real Estate preferred.
1218 years of experience in mall management or retail asset management.
Minimum 45 years as General Manager Centre Director or Deputy General Manager in a mall of 2 lakh sq. ft. or larger.
Strong experience in P&L management tenant billing CAM accounting lease structures (MG/revenue share) and CESC billing.
Working knowledge of statutory compliance for public buildings in West Bengal.
Strong leadership financial management negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with JLL CBRE Colliers Knight Frank Forum South City or Phoenix preferred.
Knowledge of the Kolkata retail market; Bengali and Hindi proficiency preferred.
