Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Deliver on all IT Infrastructure requirements of the organisation
Define and execute a futureready IT and Tech transformation roadmap aligned with business
strategy.
Drive adoption of newgeneration technologies to improve productivity quality safety and
decisionmaking.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for digital process transformation and
automation.
Lead initiatives involving AI/ML IIoT including building a strong data governance and master
data framework
Oversee custom application development (web and mobile) platforms to accelerate app
development
Manage ERP (SAP / Oracle / equivalent) MES LIMS and integration platforms.
Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity frameworks covering IT and OT.
Ensure compliance with regulatory safety data protection and audit requirements.
Collaborate with plant leadership on reliability uptime and cybersecure operations.
Build mentor and lead highperforming IT data and digital teams.
Manage strategic vendors system integrators and technology partners.
Establish strong IT governance project management and service delivery processes.
Ensure timely delivery of digital programs with measurable business outcomes.
Education & Experience
Education Essential: BE / Btech / MCA
