Qualification : MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations or equivalent.
Experience - 12-18 years of HR experience in garments manufacturing specifically in knitwear.
Location: Tirupur
Salary : As per industry Standard

Job Summary
The GM-HR will lead and manage the entire human resources function of the Knit Garments Division ensuring strategic alignment of HR practices with business goals. The role involves overseeing large-scale workforce management ensuring legal compliance maintaining industrial harmony and strengthening employee engagement in a high-output time-sensitive production environment.
