To meet the growing demand for Amazon Operations in Customer Fulfillment (CF) the AI Program Strategy team is seeking a leader and experienced Program Manager to lead our Generative AI and automation initiatives. You will spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that transform our fulfillment operations while maintaining our customer-first approach.

As the thought leader you will:
- Develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks and documentation strategies
- Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for AI implementation and automation initiatives
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders ensuring alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities
- Monitor and report on AI project success metrics risks and status updates
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and tools

Key job responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for implementing Generative AI and automation technologies across CF operations
- Lead the development of an AI-powered Change Management framework leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize stakeholder engagement and High Volume Event management
- Architect and implement AI-driven solutions for process automation operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
- Design and oversee the creation of intelligent documentation systems and knowledge bases using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation in training initiatives process benchmarking and strategic planning
- Scale AI solutions across North American operations while ensuring consistent performance and reliability

This high-visibility role will pioneer Amazons next-generation Supply Chain Planning process by incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities within the Operations organization.

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
