ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong expertise in Python GenAI LLMs and Agentic AI to drive the technical direction of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture technology decisions delivery governance and technical mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end architecture for GenAI & Agentic AI solutions

Design AI agents workflows LLM integrations RAG APIs and enterprise integrations

Evaluate business use cases and select GenAI Agentic AI automation or hybrid approaches

Lead PoCs productionization technical reviews and architecture decisions

Drive scalability security performance reliability cost optimization and Responsible AI

Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers

Build reusable AI architectures frameworks accelerators and enterprise patterns

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Strong Python development experience

Hands-on GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI experience

Prompt Engineering Model Selection & Tool/Function Calling

RAG Embeddings Vector Databases & Semantic Search LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel / Bedrock Agents or equivalent

Cloud-native architecture APIs security & enterprise integration

AI Evaluation Guardrails Observability & AI Governance

GOOD TO HAVE

MCP advanced tool integration Agent-to-Agent communication AI security and cloud GenAI platforms.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI technology leader who can translate business problems into scalable secure and production-ready GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
