Job Summary
We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive with hands-on experience in managing activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate should be well-versed in tender participation bid submission order management and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the companys GeM Portal account.
- Identify and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams OEMs and government buyers.
- Handle order processing contract execution and invoice-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement procedures.
- Track tender status bid results and order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
- Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes.
- Experience in bid preparation and submission.
- Familiarity with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in IT telecom or government procurement projects is an added advantage.
