Your work profile

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Scrum Master RTE or Agile Coach to lead Agile delivery and coach teams across digital transformation initiatives in the BFSI CPG Manufacturing Infrastructure Pharma or Finance domains.

1. Agile Facilitation & Delivery:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Ensure alignment with sprint goals and product vision.
• Promote continuous improvement through sprint retrospectives and feedback loops.

1. Impediment Removal & Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and resolve team-level and cross-team impediments.
• Escalate blockers appropriately and work with leadership to implement timely solutions.

1. Team Shielding & Coaching:

• Protect teams from external disruptions to maintain focus and momentum.
• Guide teams in Agile maturity fostering self-organization and ownership.
• Support sustainable work pace and psychological safety.

1. Stakeholder & Communication Management:

• Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide visibility into team progress dependencies and risks through appropriate metrics and reports.

1. Agile Metrics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs such as team velocity sprint burn-downs and predictability.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through regular reporting and retrospection insights.

Key skills required

1. 7 yearsfor Senior Consultant /10 yearsfor Manager level.
2. Hands-on experience in:
3. Scrum SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
4. Agile delivery in distributed/global delivery models
5. Facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading cross-functional teams
6. Strong interpersonal analytical and conflict-resolution skills
7. 3 years of previous work experience
8. Experience in Agile transformations or coaching at scale.
9. Background in BFSI CPG Manufacturing Pharma Infrastructure or Finance domains.
10. Familiarity with tools likeJira Confluence Rally Azure DevOps.
11. Agile certifications:SAFe Agilist CSM CSP ICP-ACC or equivalent.
12. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field
13. Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
14. Business Area: Consulting Technology / Core Business Operations
15. Work Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad
16. Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) / Client Site (as per project requirement)
