Store Incharge oversees the daily operations of a facilitywhether a retail storefront warehouse or manufacturing stockroom. They are responsible for managing inventory levels supervising staff processing shipments and ensuring the facility remains safe organized and operationally ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock ManagementStock Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts executing regular physical stock counts and & Dispatch: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans. Manage the issuance of raw materials or finished goods to relevant Organization: Ensure materials are safely stored properly categorized labeled and easily & Team SupervisionStaff Leadership: Supervise and schedule store personnel assisting with training and performance & Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety and security protocols ensuring the facility meets regulatory compliance : Maintain a clean orderly store and ensure equipment or facilities are properly & CoordinationRecord Keeping: Update digital or manual stock registers and inventory software with inward/outward Collaboration: Coordinate with purchasing for material procurement and with accounts to process vendor invoices and reconcile financial Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Typically 25 years of experience in retail management supply chain or inventory : Bachelors Degree in Business ITI Diploma or a related Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management software ERP/SAP systems and bookkeeping (e.g. Tally).Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail physical stamina and problem-solving abilities.
