Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product development order coordination production follow-up and timely delivery. The candidate should have good communication negotiation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers clients suppliers and production teams.
- Handle product development from sampling to final production.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets purchase orders and production documents.
- Follow up on samples approvals materials and production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.
- Track inventory raw materials and accessories as required.
- Communicate buyer requirements clearly to the production team.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve production or order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders samples costs and shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Textile Apparel Business or a related field.
- 14 years of relevant merchandising experience.
- Good knowledge of product development and production processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong follow-up coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
