Printing Incharge (or Printing Manager) oversees the daily operations of a print production facility. They manage the print team coordinate production schedules and ensure all print jobs (such as banners packaging or documents) are delivered on time within budget and to strict quality ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Plan and assign daily/weekly shifts to ensure maximum machine utilization and on-time Control: Review printing proofs and samples and monitor presses during runs to ensure color accuracy and defect-free Maintenance: Ensure all printing and bindery equipment is calibrated routinely serviced and troubleshoot any mechanical failures during Control: Track raw materials (paper inks plates solvents) and place orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock Leadership: Train mentor and evaluate printing staff ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety : Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on production volumes equipment downtime waste metrics and material Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of various printing technologies (e.g. offset digital flexography or screen printing) color management and prepress file & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze production data to minimize waste and optimize : Capacity to collaborate effectively with design sales and supply chain teams as well as interact with & Educational Requirements: Typically requires a degree or diploma in Printing Technology Graphic Arts or a related field alongside hands-on technical experience. Physical stamina is often required to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
