Functional Testing Core Banking (Contract)

strong domain knowledge of the Core Banking domain

7 years of experiencewe are looking at strong functional tester having hands-on experience with any test automation framework is good to have.

Analyze business and functional requirements to understand application behavior.

Prepare test scenarios test cases and test data based on functional regression integration smoke sanity and system testing.

Identify document and track software defects using defect management tools.

Perform defect retesting and regression testing after with developers Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve issues.

Validate application functionality against business requirements and acceptance in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a testing test documentation execution reports and defect reports.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation when required..

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Good knowledge of functional and non-functional testing concepts.

Experience in writing clear and effective test cases.

Strong defect reporting and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps HP ALM or similar.

Good understanding of SQL/database testing is preferred.
