Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Developer - Platform/Product with a strong emphasis on testing knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining platform and product solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement platform and product solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications including unit integration and system testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other developers to define and refine product features.
• Identify and resolve defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and testing.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Experience in working with microservices architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
