Job Summary
Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Product Developer who is passionate about building products from scratch and taking ownership of the complete development process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing end-to-end web applications integrating AI into products and working independently to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build complete products from idea to deployment and post-launch improvements.
- Work across the entire product lifecycle including idea generation planning development testing deployment and continuous enhancement.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using modern technologies.
- Design and build scalable APIs databases and system architecture.
- Integrate AI-powered features LLMs AI agents or Agentic AI workflows into products.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned products and features.
- Develop and manage multiple products simultaneously.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application performance security scalability and code quality.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve products and user experience.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- 15 years of experience in Full Stack or Product Development.
- Proven experience in building complete products from concept to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with the Full Stack.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript REST APIs databases and Git.
- Experience building AI-powered applications LLM integrations AI Agents or Agentic AI workflows (mandatory).
- Experience using AI tools to improve software development and productivity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience developing both small and large-scale products.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development and Product Development. - Prior experience in building end-to-end software products from idea to deployment. - Proven experience in developing enhancing and maintaining commercial software products. - Prior experience in integrating AI-powered features LLM-based applications AI Agents or Agentic AI workflows. - Strong understanding of the complete product development lifecycle application architecture APIs databases and scalable applications. - Ability to work independently manage multiple products and take ownership of technical decisions.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
