Full Stack Lead Manager

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a small engineering squad while driving architectural decisions and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 45 engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture and development

• Design scalable Python/Go microservices React applications REST APIs and PostgreSQL solutions

• Drive AWS deployment Docker CI/CD Kafka and real-time IoT integrations

• Ensure security high availability observability and performance

• Own complex production troubleshooting and technical decision-making

• Conduct code reviews and drive delivery

• Manage technical documentation and collaborate with Product DevOps Embedded and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• or years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Python Golang React and AWS

• Experience in leading engineering teams and mentoring developers

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture REST APIs and PostgreSQL
