Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (SDE-1) with strong expertise in modern web technologies and an AI-first development mindset. You will build scalable applications across frontend and backend collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality software at speed.

Develop test and deploy full-stack features across web applications.

Build responsive user interfaces using React JavaScript and TypeScript.

Develop scalable backend services using and REST APIs.

Work with MongoDB Redis and AWS services to build reliable and high-performance applications.

Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development debugging testing and documentation.

Collaborate with Product Design QA and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in React JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.

Experience with or NestJS.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.

Knowledge of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).

Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2 S3 CloudFront Lambda or CloudWatch.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude Code or similar.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in CS Engineering or related field. 6 years of Full-Stack Development experience with team leadership. Strong skills in React JavaScript TypeScript Express/NestJS MongoDB & Redis. Hands-on AWS experience: EC2 S3 Lambda CloudFront API Gateway CloudWatch IAM & ECS. Experience with REST APIs microservices CI/CD Git Docker & cloud deployment. Strong knowledge of system design architecture & scalability. Experience with AI/LLM RAG or ML-based applications. Strong problem-solving debugging & leadership skills.
