Job Description: Retail Back End

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sales and collection reconciliation across COCO/COFO stores.
• Stock reconciliation and coordination with stores/warehouse.
• Monitoring store compliance and legal documentation.
• Franchisee and store coordination for operational queries.
• MIS preparation and data validation for management reviews.
• Follow up on pending reconciliations and audit observations.
• Backend support during store openings and renovations.

Business Need

Increasing number of stores across COCO/COFO and FOFO formats has led to higher reconciliation workload and coordination requirements.

Timely and accurate reco is critical to financial control inventory accuracy.

Existing team member is balancing multiple operational priorities resulting in delays in closure of backend tasks.

Strengthening backend support will enable the front end retail team to focus more effectively on sales generation and business development.
