Job Summary
To ensure the quality of the finished product; purchased outside/job-worked is maintained through testing as per SOP in the Bhiwandi warehouse
In-line assessment of hand feel of the fabric sometimes becomes critical when climate changes
Often workers improvise so advice is needed. Cross checking of the operators result is very important. Most fails come from dimensional stability and seam slippage dark shade rubbing fastness CSV. So we need to constantly advise the production team constantly for these problems.
In manual tests there is a scope of error. The experience is more important rather than precision.
Deciding on whether to send the outsourced material back to supplier or mend it in the plant is a challenge because of undecidability on costs and time involved.
