Job Summary

Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to provide ongoing support and enhancement services for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting Core HR Absence Management and Payroll modules resolving technical issues developing reports and integrations managing data loads and supporting business users in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Analyze and resolve incidents service requests and production issues within agreed SLAs. Develop maintain and troubleshoot HCM reports integrations and data conversion solutions.
• Support Core HR Absence and Payroll-related technical requirements and enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports OTBI analyses and HCM Extracts.
• Configure and support HCM Data Loader (HDL) Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) and File-Based Data Import (FBDI) processes.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases patch testing and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and enhancements.
• Prepare technical design documents deployment guides and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure adherence to governance security and data privacy requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Core HR Absence Management Payroll

Technical Skills

• Oracle HCM Extracts BI Publisher Reports OTBI Reporting Fast Formula Development and Troubleshooting HDL (HCM Data Loader) HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) Payroll Data Maintenance and Support REST and SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (Preferred) SQL and Data Analysis

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll interfaces and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security and Role Management.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly update assessments and regression testing.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management tools.
• Understanding of Higher Education or Public Sector business processes is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of overall Oracle HCM technical experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical support experience.
• Strong experience supportingCore HR Absence and Payroll modules.
• Hands-on expertise inHDL HCM Extracts BI Publisher OTBI and Fast Formulas.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore support model.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Nice to Have Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Certification.
